Home Health Check and recommendations
A Home Health Check, Home Health Score, Home Plan, or related recommendation is intended to help organize property information and identify topics for consideration. It is not an inspection, engineering opinion, appraisal, insurance determination, warranty, or substitute for advice from a qualified professional familiar with your property.
Membership services
Membership features, service coordination, and availability may vary by location, property, membership level, and the information available to us. A membership does not make Langford House the owner of your property or the provider of work performed by independent service professionals unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Service professionals
When Langford House helps organize or identify service professionals, you remain responsible for reviewing proposals, deciding whether to proceed, and entering into any service agreement. Service professionals are responsible for their own work, pricing, scheduling, licenses, insurance, and representations.
Your property records
You are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents you choose to add to your property record. Keep copies of important documents and confirm critical dates, maintenance needs, and safety requirements with the appropriate qualified professional.
Changes and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue portions of this website or our services as they evolve. We may also update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.
